Because of higher than normal absenteeism associated with flu[s], I wanted to make you aware of the following temporary modification to the regulations of Dare County Schools regarding make-up work:

Make up work

If you have questions regarding make-up work, please call the school office.: The normal grace period for submitting make up work after returning to school is 3 days. This deadline will be lifted to allow students as much time as necessary to complete assignments when returning from an illness, as long as the student makes continuous progress.
